1. Booking

All appointments are requested online and are subject to confirmation by Aneka. You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment has been accepted. Until confirmed, your appointment is not guaranteed.

2. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as soon as possible using your booking reference and email address at nailsbyaneka.com/booking-lookup.html, or contact Aneka directly. We reserve the right to decline future bookings from customers who repeatedly cancel without notice.

3. Allergy & Health Disclosure

You are responsible for disclosing any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns relevant to your treatment before your appointment. Nails by Aneka cannot be held liable for reactions arising from undisclosed conditions.

4. Reference Photos

Any photos submitted during booking are used solely to assist with your appointment and are not shared publicly.

5. Gallery Photos

Photos displayed in the gallery are of work carried out by Nails by Aneka and are used for promotional purposes.

6. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at nailsbyaneka.com/privacy.html.
